Marriott-branded Hotel Coming to Old Naples

Construction is underway on the AC Hotel by Marriott Naples, a select brand within the Marriott family that features elegant designs, signature spaces, and refined food and drinks.

AC Hotel Naples will be a three-story property that includes a ground floor café and lobby, 2,500sf of divis­ible meeting space, a rooftop pool and Limón, a destination rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seat­ing.It will be the first Marriott-branded hotel in Old Naples and is the hospi­tality component of Naples Square, a mixed-use development master-planned by Wheelock Street Capital and The Ronto Group, which has been developing properties and communities in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years.. Once complete, Naples Square will include nearly 300 luxury condo­minium units, multiple restaurants and a 350-seat performing arts complex.

OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group, is a hotel development and hospitality management company leading AC Hotel by Marriott Naples. Project partners include MHK Archi­tecture & Planning, architect; DLR Group, interior designer; and DeAn­gelis Diamond, general contractor. The hotel is slated for completion in fall 2023.
