Alexander Goshen + Cornerstone Strategic Partners, LLC, which is developing McCollum Hall in Fort Myers, has announced a pair of tenants for the historic building.
Thirty8 Collective and Thirty8 Flats will occupy retail space as part of a 14,200sf market/food hall that will accompany a 26-unit multi-family community on the adjacent parcels. The business names are a homage to history; McCollum Hall was built in 1938.
Constructed in 1938 by Clifford Mc- Collum, Sr., McCollum Hall was a longtime centerpiece of commerce, music and entertainment in the Dunbar community.
The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency, which approved Goshin + Cornerstone as Mc- Collum Hall developers, was created in 1984 by the City of Fort Myers to formulate a plan and strategy for the revitalization of the downtown River District. Visit FortMyersCRA.com for additional information.
