McGarvey Construction Company recently completed construction of a 33,000sf, fourth-floor fitout for Gartner, Inc., in Eastlinks Business Park at Gateway Center, off Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers. The space is designed to provide visual continuity by complementing the original building completed by McGarvey, as well as another building on the Gartner campus.
The two structures total 257,000sf and feature high-end finishes, including a glass storefront office system, Level 5 drywall finish with multiple accent colors and wallcoverings, and decorative glass whiteboards. The conference rooms are outfitted with the latest highend audio/visual systems.
Also in Gateway, McGarvey has completed a 40,800sf office and warehouse space for Comcast.
McGarvey Construction is a division of Estero-based McGarvey Development, which developed both the Eastlinks and Westlinks business parks in Gateway. The two offer Class-A office, light industrial and warehouse space, as well as proximity to I-75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport.
