McGarvey Construction Company of FL recently began renovating an existing 10,370sf space for new tenant Ace Hardware in the Page Field North building at 4700 Terminal Drive, Units 5 & 6 in Fort Myers.
When completed later this summer, the space will accommodate Ace’s approx. 130-person call center. To maximize available space, McGarvey is constructing an open floor plan with perimeter offices, as well as conference and large training rooms.
