McGarvey Continues Comcast Expansion Work

McGarvey Construction Co. of Florida has begun the second phase of Comcast’s expansion with the construction of a 40,800sf office/warehouse in Gateway in Fort Myers. The work is slated for completion before the end of the first quarter.

McGarvey Construction is part of the Estero-based McGarvey Companies, a vertically integrated company that has provided commercial and residential development and construction services for more than 35 years. The McGarvey name is closely associated with Gateway’s Eastlinks and Westlinks business parks, which it developed.
