McGarvey Development Company recently completed construction of a 14,700sf building for Goldfish Swim School at SouthLinks Commons Park of Bonita in Bonita Springs. The swim school owners signed a lease to occupy 10,100sf, with the remaining space available for future tenants.
Building features include a 2,500sf indoor swimming pool with glass walls for viewing classes, as well as offices, changing areas, and a retail/service area. The swim school began operating from its new facility in February.
Also, during the fourth quarter, McGarvey completed construction of a new 19,800sf building for Quality Cabinets and Countertops Enterprises. Located on Drew Circle in Fort Myers, the facility houses the company’s 3,000sf office and 9,500sf cabinet shop, with 7,300sf available for two future tenants.
J.R. Evans Engineering and GMA Architects also worked on the project, which was completed in just four months by utilizing tilt wall construction with structural steel joists and decking.
