McGarvey Development Company is in the third and final phase of construction at SouthLinks Commons of Bonita in Bonita Springs, comprising 80,000sf of new industrial flex space.
Signed tenants include Aerox Oxygen System, SurgCenter of Pine Ridge, PLC Closets, and Hope City Church. All expect to move in during the third quarter. Currently, McGarvey is in discussions to lease the limited remaining space.
In addition, McGarvey has launched CenterLinks Business Park at Three Oaks Parkway in Fort Myers. The business park, which broke ground in November, includes industrial dock-high flex space and two newly completed buildings on Oriole Road, just north of Alico Road. Building 1 totals 37,700sf and Building 2 totals 50,520sf.
Since breaking ground in November, CenterLinks’ first phase is 90% leased. Construction of the second phase began in May, and provides additional dock-high flex space with more than 500,000sf still available for lease.
