Miller Leads Commercial Division in Cape Coral

The Cape Coral Parkway office of Century 21 Sunbelt Realty in Cape Coral has named Daniel Jan Miller the head of its commercial real estate division. The top producing location for the global Century 21 network in 2005, has reinvigorated its commercial department with Miller’s addition. The agency, owned by Barbara Watt, Susan Bennett, and Jim Fischer, has 10 locations in Southwest Florida, two of which are in Cape Coral.
Miller, a former firefighter with 23 years of service, will work with businesses and investors throughout Southwest Florida and the state. “Southwest Florida is booming. My goal is to connect businesses and investors with the right properties to meet their needs,” said Miller.
The agency has served the commercial and residential market for the last 36 years, but it hopes to expand its client base with Miller’s addition. Watts says that with Miller’s leadership experience and passion for the business, she sees unlimited commercial division growth.
