MJRDB Selected for Building Facelift

MJRDB Architecture, LLC, is providing architectural services for building facade improvements at 6901 Alico Road.

The work includes removing and replacing the existing canopy, fenestration and building skin with stucco, an energy efficient storefront and new cantilevered awnings and sunshades. Advanced Property Solutions, LLC, is the project’s general contractor.

Based in Fort Myers, MJRDB provides architectural services for commercial and residential projects including new construction and renovations of office, retail, hospitality and industrial facilities, as well as restaurants, automotive dealerships, churches and single- and multi-family projects.
