Ten new retailers have joined the roster at Daniels Marketplace, a mixed-use center under construction at the northwest corner of Daniels Parkway and Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway in south Fort Myers.
In addition to a 45,000sf Whole Foods Market (the first in Fort Myers), the retail hub’s newest tenants include California Closets, Club Pilates, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Mathnasium, Pacific Dental Services, Paradise Grills, Pearle Vision, Tide Dry Cleaners, Tipsy Nail Bar and Uh-Maze- Bowls. They join the center’s previously announced occupants, Banfield Pet Hospital, Felix Andrews Salon – an Aveda salon, Keke’s Breakfast Café, Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, Panera Bread, PetPeople and Zoës Kitchen.
Georgia-based S.J. Collins Enterprises is developing Daniels Marketplace, which will feature open space, high-end architecture, native landscaping and an environment that caters to residents who want to walk or bike to the center. The project broke ground in spring 2017 and is expected to open for business this summer. It is S.J. Collins’ sixth retail center in Florida and one of more than 60 retail, mixed-use, multi-family and office projects it has acquired and developed nationwide.
