NAI Burns Scalo Expands SWFL Presence
NAI Burns Scalo has acquired Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida (CPSWFL) in Fort Myers, significantly expanding its presence along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
The acquisition was led by Brian Walker, president of NAI Burns Scalo. As part of the transition, CPSWFL founder Gary Tasman will remain actively involved, focusing on client relationships, business development and supporting the continued growth of the Southwest Florida team.
The acquisition builds upon NAI Burns Scalo’s Florida expansion following the opening of its Tampa office in 2025. The company provides brokerage, property management, development, construction, capital markets and advisory services. Florida operations are led by Tim Rivers, who joined the firm in 2025 and oversees the company’s continued growth throughout the state.
