During the first quarter, Enviro- Struct, LLC, celebrated the completion of its first fire station, Bonita Springs Fire Department #26. The 7,500sf facility houses rescue, administration and EMS departments, with additional spaces for storing the variety of fire equipment and gear required for each response. The new station has two drive-through bays, a decon area, an office/lobby, a fitness room, nine bunk rooms for firefighters, a kitchen, dining room and day room.
The company also has completed construction on a new 64,615sf, twostory Porsche dealership on Davis Boulevard in Naples and recently began site work on a three-story, 85,898sf Lock Up Storage facility in Estero.
Additional projects include:
• Gettel Toyota, a 70,700sf automotive dealership in Bradenton with first and secondfloor showrooms, a service area and a car wash; and
• Staybridge Suites, a four-story, 103-room hotel on Celeste Drive in Naples.
