New Business Park Coming to Alico Road and I-75

Seagate Development Group is developing 40 acres of commercial land at Alico Road and I-75 in Fort Myers. The transaction closed in January, with Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman and Wakefield representing the seller and Derek Bornhorst of Lee & Associates representing the buyer. The new owners have plans for a world-class business park with single-tenant office, flex and industrial buildings for lease and sale.

Seagate began clearing and filling the site in February and starts construction on the first building in April. To date one tenant has signed for 35,000sf of space. The project is slated for completion in October. For more information, visit SeagateDevelopmentGroup.com.
