New Restaurant at Tarpon Point Marina

The partners behind Fathoms Restaurant & Bar and The French Press at Cape Harbour Marina are opening a new, waterfront restaurant at Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral.
When it debuts in early October, Gather will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, a full bar and picnic lunches for boaters. In addition to indoor seating for 67 diners, Gather will have several outdoor tables.
Fathoms general manager Kathy Stephan and The French Press manager Sue McCormick, along with Fathoms senior mixologist Jeremy Vincent, will oversee restaurant operations. The trio helped spearhead the Gather concept, which features an international gastro-bar menu and craft cocktails at lunch and dinner. Breakfast highlights include healthy, organic-option dishes and European-style pastries.
Fathoms executive chef Fabrice Deletrain and chef Benjamin Voisin are developing the menu and will take an active role in training, hiring and kitchen management. Voisin is also a partner in Gather, along with Valeria Zanella Voisin, Meredith Hoffman and Timothy Hoffman.
