New Tenants Announced For Daniels Marketplace

Commercial real estate developer S.J. Collins Enterprises has signed eight new tenant leases for Daniels Marketplace in south Fort Myers. Located at the northwest intersection of Daniels Parkway and Six Mile Cypress Parkway, the project is planned to include 140,000sf of retail/mixed-use space.

In addition to a 45,000sf Whole Foods Market, the first in Fort Myers, the center’s newest mixed-used occupants include Banfield Pet Hospital, Felix Andrews Salon, KeKe’s Breakfast Café, Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, Panera Bread, PetPeople, Venetian Nail Spa and Zoes Kitchen. Tenant space ranges from 2,800sf to more than 5,500sf.

Construction on Daniels Marketplace is slated to begin this spring and open in summer 2018.
