New Waterfront Restaurant Coming Soon to South Fort Myers

Construction is progressing at MarineMax Fort Myers, where GCG Construction’s newest design- build project, Deep Lagoon Seafood, is taking shape.

Located at 14040 McGregor Boulevard in south Fort Myers, Deep Lagoon Seafood is part of Phelan Family Brands, the Bonita Springs-based company that also operates Pinchers Crab Shack restaurants and Texas Tony’s Rib & Brewhouse.

When completed in coming months, the new 6,700+sf venue will offer indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the marina. It is the latest improvement to the fullservice 20+-acre waterfront facility.
