Nicola Named Senior V.P. at Grandbridge

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has promoted John Nicola to senior vice president and office manager of the com­pany’s Naples loca­tion in Pelican Bay.

Ed Tamer, who previously held that role, will continue to service his clients and new business in Florida and New York.

Nicola and Tamer are supported by a team of mortgage banking profession­als, which includes Robert Sorhegui, transaction manager, and Tony Gua­rino, real estate analyst.
