North Fort Myers Shopping Center Sells for $1.6 Million

Over the summer, brokers with Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office reported the sale of Shoreline Shoppes at 5781 Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers. The 26,492sf retail property sold for $1.6 million.

Both buyer and seller are unnamed, private investors. Both were represented by Marcus & Millichap’s James Medefind and Jim Shiebler.

The buyer reportedly plans to revitalize the property and lease the vacant spaces to service-based and destination businesses that will complement the center’s existing tenant mix.
