Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K) has started construction on Our Lady of Mercy Parish Life Center in Boca Grande. The new parish center is at 221 West Railroad Avenue, just south of the church campus on Park Avenue.
The center’s design complements the existing Our Lady of Mercy architectural style. The new facility is 3,604sf with a vestibule, commercial kitchen and 2,000sf of open meeting space. A sloped covered walkway connects the existing church to the new center.
The project includes the complete demolition of the existing property and is slated for completion by end of the year.
