Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K) recently began construction and site work on Bacino Vista Investments’ Coronado Parkway Condominiums in Cape Coral.
The nautical-themed approximately 48,954sf, multi-family condominium building has 16 two- and three-bedroom residences on two floors. The building’s design reflects Bahamas-inspired architecture and the waterfront setting.
Residents will enjoy waterfront views across the 80-foot-wide canal, with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River. Additional amenities include private boat slips, a custom-built boat dock, a pool, and a gathering space overlooking the boat basin. Site work includes utilities, landscaping, and an asphalt parking lot.
The project manager is Kevin James, the project superintendent is David Campbell, and project estimator is Abel Natali. The project architects are GMA Architects & Planners.
With offices in Collier and Lee counties, O-A-K’s Florida operation is an affiliate of its parent company located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Visit www. owen-ames-kimball.com for more information..
