Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K) promoted Alesha Watchowski to direc­tor of operations, a role in which she coordinates train­ing and procedural processes for the company. She joined O-A-K in 2014 as a project manager assistant and was promoted to project man­ager in 2017. In 2022, she was named senior project manager.

While at O-A-K, Wa­tchowski has been respon­sible for high-profile projects for the School District of Lee County, including the $46 million Amanecer Elemen­tary School in Lehigh Acres, the $34 million Lehigh Acres Middle School and the $6 mil­lion Fort Myers High School HVAC renovations. Other projects include The Fort My­ers Broadcasting Company newsroom remodeling and Rasmussen University interior renovation.

Watchowski, an O-A-K shareholder, earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in civil engineering technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Ferris State University.
