Partner Named in Riverside Appraisal

Riverside Appraisal Services, Inc., recently made Mike Kelly a partner.

Kelly is a state-certified General Real Estate Appraiser who has been with the Lake Suzy firm since 2006. He has headed Riverside’s residential appraisal department since 2013.

Originally from New Jersey, Kelly moved to Port Charlotte in 1983 and graduated from Port Charlotte High School in 1990. He earned an associate degree in business management from Edison Community College (now Florida SouthWestern State College) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016.

Prior to being an appraiser, Kelly spent 14 years in the banking industry, starting in 1991 at First Federal of Charlotte County. Through mergers, he subsequently spent time at First of America Bank, SouthTrust Bank and Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo).

Riverside Appraisal Services was founded in 2005 by W. Andy Richardson, MAI, along with Steve Gant, CCIM, MAI, and John McQueen, MAI. In addition to residential and commercial appraisal and consulting services, the firm also offers residential and commercial brokerage through its sister company, Riverside Realty Services, LLC. Both offices are located at 12653 S.W. County Rd. 769 in Lake Suzy.
