Pearson Hires New Leasing & Sales Agent

M a t t h e w Baker recently joined Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services as a leasing and sales associate.

Previously, he worked as the lead project manager for a residential custom home builder and real estate investor in Naples, and Big Sky, Montana.

At Pearson, Baker will work on ground-up development, renovations, entitlement changes, sales, and acquisitions. Baker is a Southwest Florida native, earning a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida Gulf Coast University.
