Pearson Reports $6.2 Million Sale Among Transactions

Broker W.T. Pearson with Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC recently negotiated the purchase of a 43,200sf medical office park at 6801-6831 Palisades Park Court in Fort Myers for $6.2 million.

NAPLESPR, LLC purchased the property from Palisades Medical Properties, LP. Pearson represented the buyer, and Randy Mercer and Brandon Stoneburner of CRE Consultants represented the seller.

Pearson also negotiated the following leases in Naples:
• Turko Taco: 1,016sf former Dairy Queen building at 410 9th Street from Schnappers Naples, LLC.
