Peninsula Engineering Begins Work on Amenity Center

Peninsula Engineering, a division of Barron Collier Companies, reports that construction is poised to begin on the amenity center for the singlefamily neighborhood of Maple Ridge at Ave Maria. It is one of many projects within Ave Maria for which Peninsula has provided a wide array of engineering services including pre-development studies and site planning, design and permitting, and construction, among others.

When completed, the 12,000sf amenity center will contain resort and Olympic-sized lap pools, cabanas, fitness center, sports courts, playground, card rooms, activities room and billiard room.
