Pepitone Properties Expands Website and Services

Pepitone Properties Corp. has recently under­gone some changes to im­prove services to its clients in Southwest Florida. The most apparent is a new website, designed to better communi­cate its brand as a full-service real estate firm. Specializing in commercial brokerage and property management, the company empowers small- to middle-market businesses, along with locally-based companies in the areas of office, industrial, distribu­tion, warehousing, medical, land, and investments to maximize their competitive advantage.

The property manage­ment team offers a full range of services and has recently purchased a service van to better accommodate its clients. Tenants will benefit from the addition of Rent­Track software that allows them to make convenient online payments via ACH or credit card, which can set up as a one-time or recurring fee.

Jessica Banuelos has been added to the team as marketing coordinator.  Banuelos is responsible for marketing and data research. She has experience as a marketing coordinator in Southern California at Keller Williams Pacific Estates.
