TPL-Land Sub, LLC recently closed on the purchase of 637.5 acres in Estero from Pepperland Ranch, LLC for $19.5 million.
With 5,280 feet along Corkscrew Road, the property is situated four miles east of Corkscrew Road’s intersection with Alico Road, and bound to the west by Six L’s Farm Road.
The 637.5± acres were rezoned from Industrial Planned Development (IPD) to Residential Planned Development (RPD), which permits the development of as many as 700 dwelling units and a 50,000sf amenity center. Maximum proposed building height is 35 feet for residential buildings and 45 feet for the amenity center. The development proposes connections to public potable water and sanitary sewer service.
Select Real Estate agent Beth Stark represented the seller. Stark also represents owners of a 573-acre tract, priced at $7.95 million. It is just three miles east of the Pepperland Ranch property.
