Plaza Taking Shape in South Fort Myers

Construction of Marlins Plaza is underway in south Fort Myers. The mixed-use commercial building is on 2.6 acres at 5631 Six Mile Commercial Court, intersecting Six Mile Cypress Parkway and U.S. 41.
Marlin Property Holdings, LLC, unveiled the project in May at a groundbreaking ceremony attended by almost 100 managing and development partners, business leaders, media representatives, family and friends.
When completed this fall, the 14,665sf site will be home to Marlins Brewhouse, a local craft beer hub and beer garden, and Chronic Tacos, a restaurant franchise new to Southwest Florida. There will also be parking for 104 vehicles.
Suites are available for lease and range from 1,563sf to approximately 1,690sf. The office/retail space can accommodate up to nine tenants in industries such as food, retail, medical and professional. One of the suites will be built with drive-up capability.
Development partners include: Southview Studios; Banks Engineering; Stevens Construction; and Sanibel Captiva Community Bank. Cushman & Wakefield/ Commercial Property Southwest Florida is the leasing agent and Spiro & Associates is marketing the project.
