Premier Commercial Adds Broker W.T. Pearson

Commercial real estate brokerage leader Premier Commercial, Inc., a Lutgert Company, announced the hiring of W.T. Pearson as broker associate. Pearson, a commercial broker with 12 years of experience, has partnered with industry veterans, Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matthew Stepan, CCIM.

Pearson has been the owner and qualifying broker of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC since 2017. He has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties across Southwest Florida.

Pearson received an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado with a focus in business management and real estate, and has served as a guest lecturer and student mentor at Florida Gulf Coast University.
