Private Event Venue Debuts Coastal-Inspired Catering Menu
Bayside Private Events at Bonita Fish Company, a waterfront event venue on Matanzas Pass, has introduced a new coastal-inspired catering menu featuring three-course packages and expanded event offerings.
The venue accommodates up to 70 seated guests and 150 guests for receptions and offers 17 appetizers, four salads, 17 entrées and 12 sides, along with two dinner packages (Bayside and Sunset) and three bar packages.
Menu highlights include Yucatán shrimp, snapper, grouper, Nashville hot honey chicken, smoked brisket, chimichurri chicken, blackened salmon and New York strip steak, along with house-made desserts, such as key lime pie and coconut cheesecake.
The building was originally constructed in 1926 as Bonita Fish House, serving as a historic gathering place for the Fort Myers Beach fishing community.
Bayside Private Events at Bonita Fish Company is part of HM Restaurant Group’s vision of revitalizing the block between Doc Ford’s and Bonita Fish Company into a destination for dining, entertainment and waterfront and marina access. The company has also introduced Doc Ford’s Lounge at the Fort Myers Beach restaurant, a private event space for 25 or more guests.
The space supports weddings, private parties and corporate events and includes vendor partnerships, marina access and waterfront views. The property is part of HM Restaurant Group’s redevelopment efforts along the Fort Myers Beach waterfront.
