Private Five-Star Club Begins Renovation

GATES Construction has started a $30 million renovation of Broken Sound Club, a private golf and country club in Boca Raton. The preconstruction permit phase is complete, and the building process is now underway.

The renovation will feature a grand motor court with a dramatic sculptural fountain as its centerpiece, a glasscovered porte cochère, and several new and updated dining venues with both indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to an expanded clubhouse and pro shop, there will be a playground, waterpark, splash pad, and bistro.

Other club amenities include a poolscape, 38,000sf spa and fitness center, 23 tennis courts, four dedicated pickleball courts, two Audubon Sanctuary Certified golf courses, and an 18-hole miniature golf course.
