Agents with Colliers International Southwest Florida recently negotiated a number of notable lease transactions, including a sizable lease for Raypak, Inc.

In June, Colliers’ director of Industrial and Land Services, Dan Miller, represented Raypak in the lease of a 30,100sf property at 5630 Zip Drive in Fort Myers. Darius Cochran of RE/ MAX Realty Group represented the landlord, Commercial Property Associates.

According to Miller, Raypak’s Florida operations are doing “very well.” So well that the company had outgrown its previous location in 24,000sf at 7920 Interstate Court in North Fort Myers. “With the industrial market expanding, this building became available at the perfect time for the tenant and met all of its needs,” he said.

For more than 50 years, Raypak has been the world’s leading manufacturer of copper finned boilers and heaters. The company offers a complete line of pool and spa, residential hydronics and commercial water heating products to fit a wide range of applications.

“Raypak is a national tenant that any landlord would love to have,” adds Miller, “so this was a win for both parties.”
