RE/MAX Commercial’s Wittenaur, LandQwest’s Nashman Earn CCIM Designation

Two Fort Myersbased commercial agents have been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.
Artem Nashman of LandQwest and Pam Wittenauer of RE /MAX Realty Group Commercial recently earned the coveted designation. Both are members of the Florida District Chapter.
Nashman is the eighth commercial professional at his firm to earn the title. Wittenauer was honored at November’s pinning ceremony at the CCIM Global Commercial Real Estate Conference in Toronto.
Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which is awarded to industry professionals who complete an advanced analytical curriculum and present a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.
