RE/MAX Realty Commercial Welcomes Galvano and O’Keefe

RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division in Fort Myers recently added two names to its agent roster.

Richard Galvano, CCIM, has worked in the real estate industry for the past 30 years. Galvano’s area of expertise is investment property, including real estate syndication, construction and development.

In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Galvano has a state-licensed general construction, solar and roofing company. At RE/MAX, his goal is to competitively market investment, syndication and development opportunities.

Kevin O’Keefe has also joined the commercial division. His diverse professional background includes a successful career owning and operating sports bars and night clubs in Arizona and Colorado.

O’Keefe transitioned into real estate 16 years ago as a business broker in Phoenix, helping restaurant owners market and sell their businesses. After moving to Fort Myers in 2007, he worked in residential real estate before recently returning to commercial work. He is an active member of the Greater Fort Myers and The Beach Realtor Association, where he sits on the board of directors and chairs the events committee.
