Retail Pro Gil Consuegra Joins LQ Commercial

Commercial real estate brokerage LQ Commercial (formerly LandQwest) added Gil Consuegra to its greater Tampa Bay brokerage team as a senior associate.

Consuegra is LQ’s first associate to reside and exclusively work in the Sarasota-Manatee markets. With nearly 40 years of leasing lifestyle and neighborhood centers, as well as regional malls, Consuegra brings over 10 million square feet of commercial brokerage know-how to the Artist Colony.

Consuegra has held key retail leasing roles at Ackerman & Company, Konover Property Trust, Equity Investment Group, Brixmor and Phillips Edison. He recently served as senior site selector for Banfield Pet Hospital. His relationships have secured sites for national retailers like Best Buy, PetSmart, Academy Sports, Old Navy and leased out most sought-after centers in the Southeast.
