RLI Recognizes Land Solutions Brokers With Statewide Award, ALC Designations

Land Solutions Sales Director/Broker John Debitetto and Rob Mintz, MBA, have been awarded the Realtors ® Land Institute’s (RLI) prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. As ALCs, Debitetto and Mintz join an elite group of land specialists who have attained the highest level of knowledge and experience in their profession.

Dibetetto specializes in selling investment land and residential and commercial development parcels in Southwest Florida. Mintz is Land Solutions’ property research manager, specializing in the analysis of feasibility and entitlements for new development in the area.

Also, William H. Rollins Jr., ALC, CCIM, and senior broker at Land Solutions, has been named the RLI’s 2015 Florida Land Realtor of the Year. Rollins was chosen because of his professionalism in conducting land sales in Southwest Florida and his strong support for the land institute.
