

SanCap Bank Promotes Zachary Farst, Hires Cheryl Cherry

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank promoted Zachary Farst to assistant branch manager at its main off ice on Periwinkle Way in Sanibel.
Fa r s t , w h o joined the bank in 2022 as a teller, has worked at several branch locations. In his new position, he will oversee daily branch operations, support team development and continue building strong relationships with customers and the community.
The bank also hired Cheryl Cherry as a loan servicing assistant at the bank’s Bridge Branch on College Parkway in Fort Myers. In this role, she supports the loan servicing department with responsibilities such as processing loan payments, maintaining loan records and assisting customers with loan-related inquiries. Cherry has extensive administrative expertise across multiple industries, including mortgage loan processing, talent acquisition, legal support services, title and escrow, and print production.
