

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has promoted Kim Tryon to director of construction administration within the bank’s loan servicing department and Brent Oakley to assistant vice president and loan serving assistant manager.
In her new role, Tryon oversees documentation and disbursement for commercial and residential construction loans, including budget verification, draw reviews and risk monitoring. Tryon joined the bank in 2016 as a loan servicing administrative assistant and has advanced through several positions in loan servicing administration, specializing in construction lending.
Oakley will support daily loan servicing operations, including processing, internal controls and workflow coordination. Oakley joined the bank in 2015 as a teller, later moving into deposit operations and loan servicing, where he worked on construction loan administration.
Additionally, the bank has hired Jennifer Hall as a customer service representative and teller at its main office. Hall brings experience in customer service, banking and administration. She previously worked as a senior relationship banker for a regional financial institution and has experience in business development and real estate. She earned a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University.
