Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has hired Erin Johansson as a customer service representative at its Downtown Fort Myers branch.
Johansson brings more than 10 years of banking and customer service experience. She previously served as a teller coordinator at a regional bank, overseeing teller operations, cash handling, audits and employee training. Her background also includes branch operations, compliance, fraud awareness and customer service.
In her new role, Johansson will support the bank in delivering accurate, efficient and customer-focused banking services.
Lori Groff has joined the bank as a deposit operations assistant at its Bridge Branch, located at 9311 College Parkway in Fort Myers.
Groff brings more than 20 years of banking experience, including expertise in deposit operations, ACH processing, customer support and regulatory compliance. In her new role, she will support daily deposit operations, transaction processing and reporting.
Previously, Groff served as an operations analyst at a regional financial institution, where she processed ACH transactions and disputes, reconciled accounts and ensured regulatory compliance.
