Seagate Acquires Controlling Interest Of Gateway Business Park Properties

Recently, Seagate Development Group, LLC, acquired controlling interest of 515,000sf of commercial space in Gateway.

The acquisition involves multitenant flex space and one-story office space in the Westlinks and Eastlinks Business Parks on Daniels Parkway, just north of the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers. At the time of acquisition, the properties were appraised at $40 million.
