Seagate Announces ABC Project, Completes Renovation

Seagate Development Group recently announced a new design-build project for American Builders & Contractors Supply Company in Punta Gorda and the completion of renovations for the Southwest Florida Home Care in Fort Myers.
The 60,000sf pre-engineered metal building for ABC Supply will be constructed on a five-acre site in the Charlotte County Park of Commerce, adjacent to Punta Gorda Airport. It will accommodate a 54,000sf warehouse, 6,000sf of office space and a fenced outdoor yard. Seagate expects to break ground in the first quarter, with a fourth-quarter completion.
In addition, Seagate reported finishing the extensive interior renovation of Southwest Florida Home Care at 2830 Winkler Avenue in Fort Myers. The project included replacing flooring, ceilings and doors.
Seagate affiliate SW Management & Realty negotiated a new lease and will now manage the property.
