Seagate Announces New CFO and Asset Manager

Seagate Development Group recently hired the former vice president of a Fortune 500 real estate investment trust, Iain McGill, as its chief financial officer and real estate professional, and Ketsie Rodriguez as asset and property manager.
McGill has more than 25 years’ experience in real estate finance and investment, serving most recently as the primary finance executive for Northeast Federal Realty Investment Trust.There, he managed a portfolio with a net operating income in excess of $1.2 billion.
Rodriguez will manage Seagate’s 1.5-million-square-foot real estate portfolio, as well as oversee capital and tenant improvements and all financial matters of the division. She has more than 25 years of real estate experience, and holds a broker’s license in both Florida and Georgia. She also has designation with the Building Owners and Managers and Real Property Administrator Associations.
