Seagate Breaks Ground at Business Park

Seagate Development Group recently began construction on a 35,000sf facility for Rice Insulation & Glass. The materials supplier is the first tenant in Seagate’s business park at Alico Road and I-75.

The freestanding building comprises 3,000sf of office space for sales and management teams, a reception area with a workstation, conference room, four large offices with ten workstations, three standard offices, and training/break rooms. The accommodations improve worker efficiencies without the typical barriers most multi-tenant environments. Additionally, Seagate plans to add four dock-high doors, four grade-level doors, and parking for up to 100 vehicles. The project is set to be complete by October.
