Seagate Breaks Ground on Warehouse and Distribution Center
Seagate Development Group has broken ground on a new POOLCORP warehouse and regional wholesale distribution center in Venice. Located near the Laurel Road and Interstate 75 interchange, the project expands Seagate’s commercial portfolio beyond its established Fort Myers and Naples markets.
The facility will initially encompass more than 40,000sf, with the potential for future expansion. Designed to accommodate both interior and exterior storage, it will provide POOLCORP with a strategically located distribution center to serve the region.
