Seagate Completes Area Agency on Aging HQ

Seagate Development Group has completed the Area Agency on Aging’s new corporate headquarters, located at 2830 Winkler Avenue in Fort Myers. The 15,876sf, open-concept floor plan mixes traditional private offices with coworking space and classroom-style meeting areas designed to enhance the nonprofit’s productivity and workflow.

The facility includes updated flooring, cabinets, and countertops that incorporate blue, gray, and white shades. Additional upgrades include new windows and doors, drywall and paint, electrical and plumbing, bathroom fixtures, and a handicap-accessible parking lot extension.
