Seagate Completes NeoGenomics’ Global Headquarters

Seagate Development Group, along with Hole Montes, Studio+ and DeAngelis Diamond has just completed a $60 million project for leading cancer diagnostic company NeoGenomics.

The 150,000sf project on NeoGe­nomics Way off Alico Road was com­pleted in just 16 months. Spread over 14 acres, it includes two buildings – one 75,000sf, three-story office space and another 75,000sf full-service cancer diagnostic laboratory. A courtyard separates the two buildings

Seagate is the owner, developer, construction manager and site con­tractor while DeAngelis Diamond was the general contractor.Hole Montes provided civil engineering services and Studio+ provided architecture and interior design services.
