Seagate Development Group has completed a 35,000sf design-build facility for Rice Insulation & Glass, the first tenant in the 40-acre, Seagateowned Class-A business park at Alico Trade Center in south Lee County.
The 32,000sf warehouse has four high-dock and four grade-level doors in a facility to store insulation, glass, shower door and shelving materials. A 3,000sf office space includes workstations, offices, and training and break rooms. The freestanding building also accommodates parking for up to 100 vehicles.
Rice Insulation & Glass is a Lee- County-based building materials supplier. Future buildings at Alico Trade Center will include single-tenant offices, flex and industrial buildings.
