Seagate Development Group completed a comprehensive remodeling of the Ameriprise Financial office at Pelican Bay in Naples.
The 4,000sf project included a demolition of nearly half of the office’s third floor, which was rebuilt with top-tier products and finishes. A porcelain tile floor and cherry reception area leads to nine offices, each outfitted with partially frosted glass doors and modern commercial satin-chrome hardware. The office features cherry and walnut finishes with painted surfaces in a mix of medium grays.The project also included a conference room, breakroom, administrative spaces and storage.
Seagate’s scope-of-work included ceilings, lighting, millwork, flooring, plumbing, fixtures, HVAC, electrical, TV and fire sprinkler installations, and all technical and voice/ data lines.
Project partners included AECOM Architects and MEP Engineering.
