Seagate Development Adds One, Promotes Two

Seagate Development Group has bolstered its leadership team with a trio of experienced industry professionals in new roles.
Seagate appointed Dale Evans as chief operating officer, a new role leading company operations to support all team members and enhance the overall client experience. Evans has more than 30 years of cross-sector experience in technology manufacturing, pharmaceutical wholesale, retail and government industries. Prior to joining Seagate, Evans owned a consulting company, guiding various organizations to define operational strategy, integrate technology and improve business performance. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a technical degree in computer technology.
Jenna Kowalczyk, who was vice president of operations, is now chief of staff. In her new role, Kowalczyk is responsible for advising and supporting the executive leadership team, facilitating strategic decision-making and managing high priority initiatives. She has more than a decade of experience in the homebuilder and real estate development industries. Kowalczyk holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing.
Seagate promoted Chris Hensley from vice president of Theory | Design to chief revenue officer of Seagate Development. In his new role, Hensley is central to driving revenue growth across Seagate’s multiple industry sectors, including oversight of all top line revenue. His departmental responsibilities include sales, marketing and business development. He has more than 25 years of professional experience that spans multiple industries. Hensley holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems.
