Seasoned Mortgage Lenders Join LMCU In Southwest Florida

Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) of Florida has hired three experienced mortgage brokers at its branches in Fort Myers and Naples. They report directly to Jayne Malinowski, LMCU’s vice president of regional mortgage production.
- David Collins, executive mortgage loan officer. Collins graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, MA with a bachelor’s degree in business. Previously, he was a loan originator at Mutual of Omaha Bank, Regions Bank, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and AmSouth Bank, all in Fort Myers.
Active in the community, Collins serves on the board of directors for Lee Health in Fort Myers and is a past board member for PACE Center for Girls of Lee County. He also served on the executive leadership team for the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk and as a member of its Red Tie Society.
- Dan Krispinsky, senior mortgage loan originator. A graduate of the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Krispinsky has been employed in the financial industry for more than 20 years and has worked throughout Southwest Florida. Previously, as a certified mortgage underwriter, he worked extensively with building contractors and established a mortgage division for one of the country’s largest homebuilders.
Both Collins and Krispinsky work from LMCU’s Fort Myers office at 7920 Summerlin Lakes Drive.
- Tiffany Homuth, mortgage loan originator. Homuth graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a B.S. in communications/public relations and a minor in business administration, and the Florida School of Banking. For more than 25 years, she has been employed in the financial industry, primarily in private banking, and retail and mortgage loan origination with Florida Community Bank, Mutual of Omaha Bank, AmSouth/ Regions Bank and M&I Private Banking. At LMCU, she will be based out of the Collier Boulevard branch in Naples.
In addition to volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Collier County and Goodwill Industries, Homuth is a member of the Marco Island Noontime Rotary Club. She also serves on the board of the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the Realtor Support Network committee of the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors.
